Pulsar is a 60MHz benchtop NMR (1H or 19F) using a permanent magnet and does not require cryogens. Samples are presented in standard 5mm nmr tubes and spinning is not required. The instrument may be located in a chemistry laboratory enabling students, laboratory technicians and researchers to have open-access to a sophisticated analytical tool.
JEOL will be holding a Trade Lunch Session titled Recent advances in JEOL NMR: zero helium consumption magnet and cutting edge solid-state NMR spectroscopy, this will be covering zero-boil-off magnet and several new solid-state NMR instruments/methods. This will be held on Monday the 28th between 12:50pm and 1:10pm for any interested parties.
This presentation will feature a synopsis of Bruker Biospin’s recent developments in NMR technology: AvanceTM HD and the NMR ThermometerTM, the AscendTM Aeon family of actively refrigerated magnets and updates on NMR automation hardware. This session will be held between 1:10pm until 1:30pm on Monday the 28th for any interested parties.
